This website is owned and operated by Rose Hatcher. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors a bespoke handmade s TERMS hopping experience. By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
This website is free to be used by anyone who would like to.
BUYING FROM THE WORKHOUSE CHAPEL
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you are responsible for inputting the correct delivery address - we cannot be responsible for failed deliveries if the details given to us are incorrect.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
All the items we offer for sale on the website are handmade and unique one-off pieces (with the exception of greetings cards) and so we only have one of each item. Although we will do our very best to avoid it, there is a small possibility that your on-line order may coincide with an in-person purchase at the Workhouse Chapel. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible (within 24 hours) and the transaction can be cancelled and a refund made, or we may be able to able to offer something similar that you love just as much.
Made to order items. Some items will be made to order and, as a result may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Please contact us if you would like a more urgent delivery and we will do our very best to help.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERIES
We are currently posting on Fridays and Saturdays. Please contact us if you need an urgent delivery, before placing your order.
We will send items using Royal Mail/Parcelforce unless another courier is required for larger pieces.
All items will be securely packaged before posting to ensure their safe arrival with you.
Wherever possible we avoid plastic and use recycled packaging material, so our parcels might not look as smart as some, but they are kind to the environment.
Our postage charges are based on current Royal Mail First Class rates.
COLLECTION from the Chapel can be arranged if you are passing - for some larger items this may be the only option we offer. Please ring to check times.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us first to arrange the most suitable method of return/exchange/refund.
Our standard returns policy entitles you to a full refund of the purchase price if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving the item.
If the item you purchased was faulty, or arrived damaged, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.
If you are returning an item to us, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility and must be done using a signed for service. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged securely and appropriately to make sure it is not damaged in transit.
Once your return has been safely received and inspected to our satisfaction we will contact you to arrange the refund.
Please note that personalised items are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
