Made on the wheel in stoneware clay. The base is cut and shape altered, once dry enough a slab of clay is formed into the lid by pressing the slab onto the base. When dry enough the lid in removed, reversed and fitted. The handles are added to the base and modelled for the lid, then individual fish added in relief on the sides. Blue/green slip & cobalt oxide detail added before the first firing. Glazed and fired to 1280 C in an electric kiln.15cm (l) x 11cm (w) x 9cm (d)
